How does itachi die

As Itachi approaches Sasuke, who is now out of chakra, the suppressed piece of Orochimaru that Sasuke has absorbed begins to take over his body. Itachi coughs up blood as he slowly approaches Sasuke, who is unable to get away from him.

As Itachi approaches Sasuke, he speaks his final words to him and pokes his forehead before dropping to the ground, dead. The two definitely fought and there is no denying that Sasuke wanted to punish his brother for the death of his own clan and parents, he actually never managed to do so.

One thing many people overlook is the fact that Itachi chose to fight his brother because he was already sick. Itachi Uchiha is a member of the powerful Uchiha clan, and brother of Sasuke Uchiha. Itachi, while his actions created a different image, knew that an Uchiha clan uprising would simply lead to another shinobi war, and, having been traumatised by the third war, did not want this to happen.

Itachi was a double agent alongside his childhood best friend Shisui. Shisui had his own agenda and issues with the clan. But with his own options exhausted chose to commit suicide in the Nake River.

I salute you, Itachi Uchiha! Even in Kabuto's control, he still managed to free himself using a technique. Because he is now free of the jutsu, he now fought with Kabuto. Itachi and Sasuke together battled Kabuto, and then they finally trapped him in an Izanami, a time loop.

They made Kabuto undo the Reanimation Jutsu, which will end the existence of Itachi in this world of living. Before he die, Itachi went in front of Sasuke, looking at his eyes. But this time, he didn't poke him on the forehead, instead he told the truth- the truth about the massacre that he did it to protect Sasuke and how he will and always love his little brother Sasuke forever no matter what will happen.
